Prices.

All information and pricing contained on this website or published catalogues is correct at the time of press. Whilst we endeavour to maintain our printed prices for the life of the catalogue, we reserve the right to amend prices without notice in the event of unforeseen manufacture and or supplier’s changes. Prices shown in this website or catalogue cancel all previous prices wherever published.

In keeping with our policy of constant improvement, we reserve the right to change details and or product specifications without notice.

All prices are exclusive of VAT, current rate 17.5%, subject to changes in taxation.

Minimum lengths.

All lengths are supplied in the following metric dimensions (600mm, 300mm, 150mm or 25mm) and are to a tolerance of + or –3mm (unless by agreement). We can also supply imperial sizes which will be subject to tolerances of + or – 1/8”.

Trade description.

Every care has been taken to describe our products correctly, any errors that may occur from time to time are unintentional, should this happen we will be please to correct any error immediately.

Loss of goods in transit.

Once goods are despatched our liability ceases, in every instance of an overdue or lost delivery we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage in transit. If customers are not available to receive goods on delivery, goods may be left without signature or returned to Parcel Force depot. Liability will then be with the customer.

Goods.

Products are not supplied on approval. Should a product prove to be defective we will replace free of charge. Returned goods for any reason will be subject to a restocking charge of 10%. We reserve the right to invoice goods and services subject to a price ruling on the day of despatch. Full prices will be available on our website.

Postage and Packing.
Our nominated delivery contractor is Parcel Force; therefore all delivery charges are based on their price scales. In all cases customers will be advised of delivery charges as soon as weight of goods required is know.

As to metal packs, all postage and packaging and VAT are included in the prices quoted.

Weights’ not exceeding 1kg delivery is fixed at £3.60 (first class).
